Dayer is a pilot travel-planning project based in Venice, Italy. The data controller responsible for your personal data is Nicolò Omacini. You can reach us at info@dayer.it.

2. What we collect

We only collect:

• the email address you choose to give us through the sign-up form on this site;
• basic technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address, when your browser requests the page.

We do not ask for or collect any other personal information.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to let you know when the Dayer pilot opens in Venice and to share occasional updates about it. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your email until the pilot has launched and you no longer wish to hear from us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

• This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when the page loads.
• If we use an email service to manage the sign-up list, your address is stored with that provider only to send you the messages described above.

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking, profiling or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, simply email info@dayer.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
